Welcome Center at Black Butte Ranch
The Welcome Center at Black Butte Ranch is the first stop on any guest’s journey to Black Butte Ranch during their Central Oregon vacation getaway. Owners and guests receive information about guest registration, owner ID cards, stickers and transponders.
While you’re visiting the Ranch, please stop in at the Welcome Center to update your gate cards (if you haven’t already). The system now uses “proximity cards.” They do not need to be swiped, just passed by the RFID reader. The old gate cards have been phased out and no longer work. Transponders will still work, and no further action is needed for these.
