Conveniently located towards the front of the Ranch, this large traditional Black Butte home with 5 bedrooms and a private, indoor hot tub is the perfect getaway for your family or group!

Kick off your shoes in the mudroom as you enter this home for the perfect vacation. Entering the great room, you will be awed by the floor to ceiling windows with natural light streaming in, vaulted ceilings, and a lava-rock wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights. This open concept room is the ideal place for large group gatherings and features a custom-made wood dining table which seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen includes access to the large wrap around porch for BBQing on those warm summer nights. Next to the kitchen you will find the unique, indoor, large soaking hot tub with open skylights for star gazing, large windows on two walls, as well as its own porch access. This is the perfect place to wind down after a long day on one of our two golf courses or after enjoying our 27-miles of paved bike paths.

Through the living room you will find the first bedroom with two twin bunk beds and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub for bathing the little ones. This room also has one of the few TVs in the home and porch access. Next door is the twin bedroom with two twin beds and a small sofa for lounging or reading before bed. As you move towards the stairwell you will notice a full bathroom then another bedroom with a queen bed.

Upstairs you are greeted by the loft area table, perfect for putting together puzzles or a game of cards. Moving through the accordion door you will find another bedroom with a full-sized bed and its own private Juliet balcony. Linking this game area and the final bedroom is a Jack and Jill ¾ bathroom with a step-in shower. The last bedroom is the large king room with views overlooking the great room that can be shuttered closed for privacy.
