This large home sits between the Lodge Recreation area and the Glaze Meadow Recreation area. It has an inviting entrance where the hall leads to a laundry room, and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, and features a Jennaire range. The dining room seats 6, plus a breakfast bar,and is open to the living area for a great room effect. The focal point in the living room is a nice fireplace (Presto logs only and the ranch provides those free of charge to guests) and a TV/VCR. Black Butte can be seen from the living room. The décor is coordinated and comfortable. The large deck surrounds the house for outdoor relaxation and a family gathering.

This home sits on a very private one acre lot with easy access to the Lodge, South Meadow pool and Ranch recreation areas. The master suite features a queen-size bed and an open dressing bathroom, with a large Jacuzzi tub, private shower and water closet for the toilet. *The fireplace in the Master Bedroom is not in commision at this time. Deck access is available from the suite. There is a special circular staircase inside the bedroom leading to a private loft “crow’s nest” that serves as a quiet getaway perfect for star gazing at night. There is a panoramic view of the Ranch from this cozy retreat. An additional King bedroom is on the main level with a 3/4 bath and deck access.

Upstairs you have two queen bedrooms, one bunk room and a full bath in the hall. This home has one space available for a car in the garage.
