Groups & Meetings

There’s nothing quite like a retreat at Black Butte Ranch

Space to connect, activities that bond, amenities that elevate. A group excursion to Black Butte Ranch is like nothing else. For over 50 years, we’ve hosted memory-making events, from family reunions to corporate offsites, that always leave guests asking, “When can we do this again?“

We’re proudly more summer camp than seminar, and this is evident in everything from our activities to our accommodations. Shared housing, shared meals, and shared experiences that unite — this is the essence of “The Ranch”.

Our Central Oregon location offers an unparalleled natural setting, comfortable accommodations, exceptional cuisine, and world-class outdoor activities. Once your group arrives, the choices are unlimited and our seasoned team ensures that every detail of your group event is complete — from the gathering space, technology integrations, dining, accommodations, and activities. We take care of all the details so your group can relax and reconnect.
