Whitewater rafting trips make outstanding family adventures. The McKenzie River is widely regarded as the finest river-running experience in the region. With a steady plunge down the mountains, the river creates continual excitement for rafters. The Deschutes River has also long been a popular destination, offering adventures suitable for a family outing and thrilling trips with exciting rapids.

Three Creeks Area
Situated in the shadow of Tam McArthur Rim and sitting at 6,500 feet in elevation, pristine Three Creek Lake is a haven for anglers and paddlers. You’ll also find some great hiking options nearby, from the grand views at the top of Tam McArthur Rim to the mountain meadow retreat of Little Three Creeks Lake.
