2024 Homeowner Guest Invitational

August 23-25, 2024

The 2024 Black Butte Ranch Homeowner-Guest Invitational promises to be a weekend filled with great golf, exceptional food and competitive spirit. Invite your favorite guest and play championship golf at Black Butte Ranch’s two nationally recognized golf courses: Big Meadow & Glaze Meadow.

  • The field is open to the first 50 teams, entry deadline is July 20, 2024
  • This year’s all inclusive event is sure to provide great golf, friendly competition and exceptional locally inspired cuisine.
  • Complimentary practice round Wednesday-Friday before the tournament
  • Friday optional Horse Race and Cocktail Party and Hors d’oeuvres for participants and a guest
  • 2 rounds of competitive golf on our nationally recognized golf courses
  • Saturday’s best ball format on Big Meadow
  • Sunday’s scramble format on Glaze Meadow

Highlights include:

  • Exceptional locally inspired regional cuisine that includes
  • Cocktail Party and Hors d’oeuvres following the horse race for participants and a guest
  • 2 farm fresh breakfasts, with Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bars
  • BBR inspired lunches
  • Fantastic regionally influenced dinner at the NEW Black Butte Lodge on Saturday evening
  • Annual putting contest at the Little Meadow Putting Course on Saturday afternoon after golf
  • Awards ceremony and lunch at the NEW Lodge
  • An additional guest may attend the Friday evening Hors d’oeuvres as well as the Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch for a small guest fee

Saturday August 24th

Big Meadow Golf Course

6:45-9:30am            Registration at Big Meadow Golf Shop

6:30am                      Range Opens & Hosted Breakfast at Roberts Pub.

7:00am                      Bloody Mary / Mimosas Bar Opens.

7:30am-9:30am      Tee Times –  Partner Best Ball

12:00-3:00pm         Hosted Lunch at Big Meadow Outside Roberts Pub

(At the Turn or Finish).

Little Meadow Putting Course

12:30-3:30pm         Putting Tournament on Little Meadow Putting Course with Hosted Bar. Cash Buy in of $20 per team. Option to play 2 times for an additional $20. Winning team will be announced at Dinner. 1 Winner takes it all.

At the Horse Race, Most of the Tee Prizes will be given out so make sure to collect them Friday evening if playing in the that event. All others will receive Tee gifts on Saturday Morning prior to your tee time.

8:30am                      Shotgun Start – Partner Scramble 25% handicap

1:00pm -3:00pm     Lunch on the Glaze Meadow Deck followed by the Tournament Awards Presentation.
