How to Train, Race, and Recover at BBR

1. Train

We have all the equipment necessary to get in some last-minute training before race day. Go for a ride on our 18-miles of paved bike trails, run on a treadmill in the fitness center, or work on your swimming in the indoor and outdoor pool complexes. Improve your endurance and stamina by visiting hiking trails like Black Butte, Mt. Washington, and The Sisters

2. Race

3. Recover
