Group Event Venues

Three Sisters Event Space

Named after the Cascade Mountains surrounding the Ranch, the Three Sisters Event space is located in the Black Butte Ranch Lodge. At 2,500 square feet, the Three Sisters Event Space has the capacity to seat over 200 people in various configurations.

Bridal Suite

As a dedicated getting ready space, the private bridal lounge serves as the perfect venue for pre-wedding preparations! With plenty of room to store personal items, ample natural light, a steamer, dress rack, wedding gown hook, and food and beverage service provided through the catering kitchen, this venue has everything you need to get the day started.

Ponderosa Room

Located on the top level of the Lodge, the Ponderosa Room boasts floor to ceiling windows with one-of-a-kind views of Mt. Washington and Phalarope Lake. With a seating capacity of 16 people, this space is ideal for an intimate dinner gathering or corporate board meeting. The room also features a private deck, ideal for enjoying the outdoor beauty.

Lodge Event Deck

The expansive Lodge Deck is a stunning setting for your outdoor function. Utilize the deck for dinner service or a cocktail reception. Gather round the adjacent firepit to unwind from the day’s festivities.

Lodge Event Lawn

Located in the front of the Lodge, the Lodge Event Lawn is situated next to Phalarope Lake. With the Cascade Mountains in the background, the Lodge Event Lawn can be configured to seat up to 175 guests and is an ideal “blank canvas” for larger events held during the summer and fall months.

Big Meadow Sports Pavilion

Situated near Big Meadow Golf Course, the Big Meadow Sports Pavilion is the ideal venue for fun-filled, spring, summer and fall events. Perfect for a casual picnic, wedding rehearsal dinner or family reunions, the pavilion has ample space for flexible seating, catering options and outdoor activities.

North & South Sister Rooms

Located in the Ranch’s Community Center, the North and South Sisters Rooms provide classroom-style meeting space. With a seating capacity up to 85 people, the North and South Sisters Rooms are ideal for business meetings or small group lectures and can be divided into two separate venues as a break-out room, dining area or private work area.

The Lodge

Black Butte Ranch’s 22,100 square-foot Lodge includes an expansive restaurant and bar, the second-floor Aspen Lounge, a private dining room, versatile event spaces and meeting room, outdoor dining and a state-of-the-art kitchen that delivers world-class, regionally inspired cuisine, all with a panoramic view of the Cascade Mountains.

Sit by the fire in one of our three unique lodge fireplaces or move outside onto the second floor Aspen Lounge deck to take in the majestic beauty that is Black Butte Ranch. The Lodge’s flexible banquet/event space, meeting room and bridal suite make it an outstanding venue for an intimate dinner, large special event or a dream wedding.

Redmond Municipal Airport

The Redmond Airport, just 30 miles from Black Butte Ranch, services flights from Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Burbank, Palm Springs, Sonoma, San Diego and Seattle. Six full-service car rental agencies are conveniently located in the terminal and offer a wide array of car rental options.

Eugene / Portland

For guests traveling by car from the western side of the Cascade Range, Black Butte Ranch is your closest Central Oregon destination. It is an easy and scenic 1.5 hour drive from Eugene and 2.5 hour drive from Portland.
