One of two entrances to the wrap around deck is located just off the kitchen area; dine al fresco during the summer, also for 8 guests. Also located just off the kitchen area is a shared, full size bathroom and one guest room with a king size bed, dresser, ample closet space, good lighting and flat screen TV.

Moving upstairs are two more bedrooms and one shared, hallway, full size bathroom. The bedroom on the left over looks the back and side yards, has a queen size bed and armoire. The bedroom on the right is quite spacious, is furnished with one queen size bed and two bunk beds, walk-in closet, dresser, good lighting and walk-out Juilette balcony overlooking the backyard.
