This home features a reverse living design with the kitchen, living, and dining areas upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. This concept maximizes views and natural light by incorporating an open living space with high ceilings while enhancing privacy for downstairs bedrooms.

As you enter the ground-floor entrance next to the hot tub, you’ll walk into a grand hallway. To the left is a utility laundry room and a full bathroom. Continue down the hall to three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed plus a double bed. The second bedroom features a double with a bunk bed (twins), and the final bedroom at the end of the hallway has a queen bed. Each room includes a vanity with a sink. There is ample closet space and another full bathroom at the end of the hall.

Relax upstairs on a sizeable lounge-style couch by the fireplace and enjoy the surrounding views of Black Buttes Ponderosa Pine trees. The living room has expansive windows with tons of natural light. The kitchen and dining area have plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy meals and cook together.

Upstairs, you will find the Primary bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite, and a private door for deck access. The queen bedroom at the other end of the living area also has deck access and a full bathroom across the hall. This home is decorated with vintage, woodland-inspired pieces that will amplify that forestry feel.

After a long, adventurous day, end with a relaxing night in the hot tub under the stars.
