Three steps down from the kitchen, the lower family room provides a relaxed second living space with a sofa and loveseat, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ and sweeping views of the Big Meadow Golf Course.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, and a newly remodeled private ¾ bathroom with a roll-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, good lighting, a closet, and dresser, with a shared hallway bathroom nearby featuring a sunken soaking tub. The third bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests and features a twin bed and pyramid-style bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top, along with a dresser and coat hooks.

A Few Things to Know

Although Golf Home 010 is a single-level home, there are several step-up and step-down areas throughout the interior. Steps are located at the front entry, between the dining area and central family room, and between the kitchen and lower family room. Guests should keep this layout in mind when considering accessibility needs.

*Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Like many homes in Black Butte Ranch, the cool mountain evenings, surrounding shade, and fresh forest air help keep the home comfortable throughout much of the summer.
