Black Butte Ranch
This golf course condo takes full advantage of the breathtaking views of Black Butte and the 18th hole at Big Meadow Golf Course. The location is a short walk to Robert's Pub and Big Meadow Golf Course and Club House. Just past the Pub is a recreation area with basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis & pickle ball courts. It’s another short walk or bike ride to the Lakeside Bistro, the Lodge restaurant, pool & gym, playground, and recreation center.
The main level of the condo has an open-concept space that includes a living room area with a wood-burning stove, a TV, free WiFi, and large windows overlooking the fairway. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room space that seats eight, and access to the deck through two sliding glass doors.
The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate families or a group of 8. On the main level, there is a bedroom to the left as you enter the condo, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a stacking washer and dryer. The upstairs includes a room with a queen bed, a workspace and a private balcony, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom, with the queen room having a separate sink area. There is a window AC unit and fans to keep the upstairs cool on warm summer nights.
The spacious deck is a perfect place to watch the golfers, enjoy evening BBQs with family, or just relax with friends. This unit also has access to a renter’s shed to store golf clubs and ski equipment, and includes extra pool chairs, sleds, basketball, and a Bocci ball set. Near the shed is a space to grab extra firewood, as needed.
