Glaze Meadow 129

We had an excellent stay at Glaze Meadow 129. The home is a great balance between thoughtful updates and a welcoming, comfortable mountain aesthetic. It has vaulted ceilings, and new features throughout. We stayed during the summer, but this would be a great place to stay during any season. The layout is especially well suited for families—there’s plenty of room to spread out, while still maintaining a sense of connection in the main living spaces. It’s also incredibly kid-friendly. The loft and bunk room (with a huge selection of kid and family DVDs, games and legos) give younger guests their own space to unwind, and the easy access to nearby amenities made everything feel low-stress and convenient. The beds deserve a mention as well—consistently comfortable across all rooms, which made it easy for everyone to settle in and get good rest. The location is a standout feature. Situated steps from the golf course, the home feels open and quiet, yet it’s just a short walk to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, where we rented bikes for the week and didn\'t have to pay to deliver them to and from the house! It’s also an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area—whether it’s a relaxed morning paddle boarding on Suttle Lake or a drive into Sisters for a meal and some shopping. Overall, it’s a thoughtful, easy place to spend time—comfortable, beautiful, functional, and in a location that makes it simple to enjoy everything Black Butte Ranch and the surrounding area have to offer. We would definitely return.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The house was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything our family needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things about this house is the location. Being able to easily walk to the pool with our 3 young kids and having the playground just a short stroll away made the trip so much more relaxing. We also loved the outdoor space - the deck was a perfect place to enjoy our mornings and evenings while the kids had plenty of room to play. The paved driveway was an unexpected bonus and quickly became a favorite spot for scooter rides and basketball dribbling. The combination of a beautiful, well-maintained home and such a family friendly location made this one of our favorite stays at Black Butte Ranch. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Our stay was incredible. The house was super clean and comfortable for me and my 5 year old son. We were very close to the Glaze Meadow (amazing for kids of all ages) pool and rec center, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, slept great on comfy beds, enjoyed the updated bathrooms and all the amenities the house had to offer. The house itself is beautiful and has so much character. We had everything we needed and more! We sat outside and inside to eat, used the kitchen and BBQ to cook our meals at home, took lots of bike rides and went paddle boarding at nearby Suttle Lake. This location was amazing and there was so much to do on site and near by!

This house was the perfect spot for my 5 year old son and I to have an awesome vacation. The house itself was so cozy and while we visited in the summertime, it would be amazing during any season. With an amazing, open interior with vaulted ceilings throughout, beautifully updated bathrooms, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and new decks all around the house, it was such a comfortable space inside and out. We took advantage of the many movies at the house - lots of great kids movies. The house is located right on the golf course, and just a few minutes walk to the huge pool and rec center. Perfect for kids of all ages. We rented bikes and ride around the paved bike paths throughout the ranch. Saw deer and other wildlife each day! Such a peaceful getaway for my little one and I.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home in Black Butte Ranch. The location could not have been better, right on the golf course with peaceful views, morning wildlife sightings, and easy walks to the community center. It felt tucked away and serene while still being incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was warm, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every space felt inviting and well cared for, from the cozy living areas to the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It was the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel at home. We especially loved our morning coffee overlooking the course and winding down in the evenings after full days of biking, swimming, pickleball, and exploring the ranch. The proximity to the community center made it effortless for our family to take advantage of the pools, activities, and amenities. This home played a big part in making our trip memorable. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway in Black Butte.

Some places just work. From the moment you walk in, everything feels welcoming, comfortable, and beautiful. The moment we stepped inside, we knew we had found something special. The basics are all done really well: freshly remodeled bathrooms, comfortable spaces, and everything you need for an easy weeklong stay. But what really sets it apart is the character. The architecture and mid‑century cabin vibe are stunning—warm, thoughtful, and perfectly suited to the setting. It worked beautifully for our family of five (me, my wife, our two boys, and our dog). The house is incredibly family‑friendly without feeling cluttered or kitschy. Board games, DVDs, vintage Legos (!), and great kids’ books kept our boys busy and happy, which let us actually relax. And then there’s the location. It’s a very short walk to the best hub in the entire ranch: Glaze Meadow pool, pickleball courts, playground, and more. At the same time, the cabin sits right on the golf course but set back just enough that you get all the nature vibes without hearing golfers share their frustrations about their slice. It felt peaceful, private, and connected to the surroundings in the best way. We absolutely loved our stay and will come back very soon. This is one of those places that quietly exceeds expectations and sticks with you long after you leave.
