Getting Packages during your stay on the Ranch? Have your packages sent to the BBR Post Office! Our Package Service is designed for our non-boxholders who are here for a few months and don’t need to re-route their mail but do want to receive packages, etc. This service is $25 a month, includes unlimited and secure package & mail storage, and email notifications letting you know there is a package ready for you to pick-up. It is month-to-month and does not require a USPS application. Please give us a call or come see us at the window to set up!
BBR Postal Center can deliver packages to Homeowners and Guests on the Ranch! Delivery fee is $25 to any location on the Ranch, Monday – Friday. Saturday deliveries available upon request. Please call the Postal Center to schedule your delivery. Please note: Delivery fee is subject to increase based upon size, weight and volume of packages to be delivered.
As a reminder, UPS and FedEx will deliver packages to homes on the Ranch. Amazon packages ship through USPS and come to the BBR Post Office.
Per USPS policies, we will hold packages at the BBR Post Office for 15 days. If a package is unclaimed after 15 days it will be returned to the sender. Please follow your tracking to know where your package is and pick up promptly!
UPS is contracted to pick up daily. To ensure same day pick up please have packages here by 11 am. FedEx is not contracted to pick up on a daily basis. If you have a FedEx air that needs to go out same day we offer to drop off at Pony Express upon your approval. Please have packages here by 11 am to ensure same day delivery.
Both UPS & FedEx will deliver to your physical address. Please opt to have very large parcels and over 75 pounds delivered to your physical address due to our limited space at the Post Office.

All Black Butte Ranch PO Box holders are billed for box rental for the year on April 1st of each calendar year.
Starting April 1, 2025, annual fees for boxes: Standard $300; Small Box $200 (wait list).
Monthly box rentals (three-month minimum) are available for $175 / 3 months.

The Postal Center is closed on official holidays.
During the Christmas holidays, the Postal Center specializes in Ranch and Western themed specialty gift wrap, ornaments, mailers and gift bags. Specialty gift items are available, as well as gift wrap service. Purchase a gift item and receive a complimentary gift wrap!
