Art at the Ranch 2025
Save the Date! July 11, 2025
Calling all art lovers! Our annual Art at the Ranch event will be held again in July. Please save the date and make plans to attend this year’s event on the afternoon of July 11, following the Quilt Show at Black Butte Ranch. Art at the Ranch is a fundraiser put on by the Black Butte Art Guild to provide scholarships for art students at Sisters High School, and to celebrate the arts community in the process.
The festivities include:
- * An opportunity to observe Plein Air artists create landscapes before your eyes out on the Lodge lawn and then cast your vote for your favorite piece (and perhaps purchase one of the pieces)
- * Several artists displaying and discussing their works, with an opportunity to purchase
- * A silent auction of items donated by Black Butte residents and many generous merchants from the community of Sisters
- * An informative and interactive display hosted by Firewise, a nonprofit dedicated to education and risk reduction of wildfires
Consider this also a call for volunteers! We would love to have you join us in making this a highlight this summer. We can use help ahead of the event, as well as help on the day itself. Any and all skills (and simply willingness to participate) are welcome!
