February can be a fantastic time for golfers. And that is not just because this has been an unseasonably warm week here in Oregon.
This month marks the beginning of the golf show season, which is always a time we look forward to here at Black Butte Ranch.
First up is the Portland Golf Show, which begins on Friday and runs through Sunday at the Oregon Convention Center. Then in April we will pay a visit to Sacramento, California, home of the 2016 Haggin Oaks Golf Expo.
First things first, though. We will be on hand in Portland with a booth promoting Black Butte Ranch and offering special deals available only at the golf show.
“I love the golf show season,” says Ryan Dunning, the group sales manager at Black Butte Ranch. “It’s a great chance for us to meet with golfers from all over the place while showing off Black Butte Ranch. It is also an opportunity to offer some of our best deals of the season.”
For those who have never been, the Portland Golf Show is a golf festival that appeals to golfers of all kinds. Most of the top resorts and golf courses from the Pacific Northwest and beyond will be on hand. In addition, attendees will have the chance to check out the latest golf equipment from all the major manufacturers, some of the latest golf innovations, listen to interesting speakers, compete in fun contests and rake in the deals.

Even if you do not have the chance to visit us in Portland this weekend, or if Northern California is closer, circle the Haggin Oaks Expo on your calendar. One of the largest shows in the West, Haggin Oaks offers a wonderful opportunity for us to visit some of our neighbors to the south.
