Meetings at Black Butte Ranch
Black Butte Ranch offers the quintessential Central Oregon meeting experience. Whether you need to book an intimate corporate retreat or a group “team building” session, we can accommodate small to mid sized groups with a variety of rooms and services. You will find unique lodging choices (hotel-style rooms, condos and houses) and a plethora of amenities to include for your guests. There are 36 holes of mountain golf to enjoy, 18 miles of bike paths, 23 tennis courts, 5 swimming pools, two restaurants, and majestic views of the Cascade Mountain range. We are conveniently located 8 miles north of Sisters, Oregon, 35 minutes from the Redmond Municipal Airport, and a short two hour drive from Portland, Oregon.
Our professional catering staff will guide you through the gourmet menu selections, featuring the freshest northwest ingredients. Also offered are desserts and pastries handmade daily by our pastry chef, and an award-winning wine and beverage list to provide a customized meal plan for your group. We can offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and buffet services for each event.
Meeting Rooms
There are four traditional-style meeting rooms and one non-traditional, casual style meeting room available for your Central Oregon destination meeting. We are able to accommodate various seating arrangements for any type of meeting. There is also a sports field available for outdoor group activities.
Lodge Rooms
The Abbott Room is a traditional-style meeting room and features artwork by Pacific Northwest artists. This room can accommodate up to 24 guests for a banquet, 30 guests using classroom-style seating and 40 guests for a theater-style arrangement. The room is approximately 450 square feet and offers full-service catering.
The Sparks Room is similar in style and is perfect for intimate “executive” strategy sessions or focus groups. The room is approximately 330 square feet and offers full- service catering.
Community Center Conference Rooms – North Sister and South Sister
The Community Center at Black Butte Ranch offers two traditional-style conference rooms for your Central Oregon meeting. These rooms have a retractable wall (fully sound-proof), enabling them to be used as one room or partitioned into two rooms with complete privacy. When opened together they can accommodate up to100 guests seated theater-style and 60 classroom-style.
Both rooms are audio-visual compatible with retractable projector screens. There is state-of-the-art equipment available and professional technical support staff on-site. Full-service catering is offered and as an added amenity – there is a postal and business center for guest use.
Sports Field
This unique venue can accommodate an event tent or open air activities perfect for outdoor team-building sessions.
