Demolition on the old Administration building began on April 14, 2008. The building was built around 1977 and first served as a Fire Hall before becoming the Ranch Administration and Maintenance facilities. The land will be reclaimed and the two lots will be sold to offset costs for the facilities projects.

lodgingRental Operations Tour of Homes

Scheduled for May 4, 2008. 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

Sunday, May 4
is the date of this year's Tour of Homes. Mark your calendar!  This is a great way to personally view the quality of the homes, condominiums and cabins available for guests on the Ranch.  Staff and even Owners of these properties will be available to answer questions during your self-tour.  We can have the Group Sales Coordinator or an Agent get back to you if you need extras space for your personal guests this summer.

The Ranch is proud of the quality of properties in the program.  One of our rental Owners recently encountered other Owners on the Ranch relaying misinformation on the Ranch rentals and promptly invited them to tour his home.  If you haven't been in one of our homes in a few years, you are invited to get first-hand knowledge and help spread the word.  You are our biggest sales representative!

Properties scheduled for the tour include:
  • Black Butte 14
  • Country House 44
  • East Meadow 17
  • Golf Home 234
  • Lodge Condo 22, 23, 24
  • South Meadow 182

A map and final list of properties will be available at the Lodge Front Desk and Post Office the week prior to the Tour.

It's Spring Cleanup Time

April 19 - 30

Ranch-wide clean up is slated for April 19 - 30, 2008.
Owners may dispose of all natural debris such as needles, pinecones, branches and brush FREE at the pit on McAllister Rd.
Debris must be separated by type - limbs, needles, etc. Plastic bags may not be left on premises.

Remember, outside burning is no longer permitted by the Fire Department, so needles need to be transported to Section 5.

The Maintenance Department will provide a curbside pickup starting Monday, May 5th through Friday, May 9th, 2008. This service is offered at $40 per unit (about the size of a 1-ton pickup truck.) Call for an estimate of larger amounts.

The curbside pickup is designed to pickup piles of needles and small limbs with a back hoe and dump truck. Please follow these guidelines:

·          Piles must be located where large equipment can easily pick them up, close to the road and clear of trees.

·          Piles must be clear of any obstructions such as water shut offs, meters, landscaping, driveway lights, etc.

·          If equipment cannot access piles, they will not be picked up. Contact Maintenance to make other arrangements.

Call Ranch Maintenance at 541-595-1527 to schedule your curbside pickup by Friday, May 2nd.

Maintenance hours are Monday through Saturday 7:30AM - 4:00PM.
