Section 5

"Section 5" refers to part of the Ranch that is just west of McAllister Road, accessed via the Fiddleneck Gate or Highway 20. It is used for our new Maintenance facilities, natural debris disposal, mining gravel for our roads and other such "behind the scenes" necessities.

Our Recycle Center has been moved from the East Meadow gate area to Section 5. It is open daylight hours only for disposal of household trash only. Fall Hours: 7:30am-7:00pm The Recycle Center is for use by BBR property owners and guests. An appropriately registered gate card or transponder is required for entry. Contractors and vendors do not have access or dumping privileges.

Separate from the Recycle Center is a space designated for natural, burnable debris that is collected from the Ranch wide clean-up that takes place twice a year, and from fire prevention efforts.

All dumping of natural debris (pine needles, etc.) at the BBR Pit must now be authorized through the Maintenance Department.

The Owner / Contractor must go to the Maintenance Dept with the load to get a receipt for that load BEFORE going to the pit. No one will be admitted to the Pit without a receipt from the Maintenance Dept. The Pit Attendant is not authorized to make exceptions.

No Cash Payments - Charges will be entered on the Owners account. Owners may call Maintenance to permit a contractor to charge to their account.

Debris must be separated by type: limbs, needles, grass, etc.

Allowed: pine needles, grass clippings, limbs, wood, wood with nails

Not allowed: stumps, shingles, building material, plastic or plastic bags, garbage

Ranch Wide Cleanup

Property Owners may dispose of all natural debris (needles, pinecones, branches & brush) at the pit off McAllister Road. Disposal will be free of charge. Please check in with the pit supervisor. Debris must be separated: limbs, needles, etc. No plastic bags or stumps are allowed. The Maintenance Department will provide a Curbside Pick during this time.

Streetside Pickup

Make it easy! Rake and pile your natural debris near the road and we'll do the rest! Streetside pickup is a service is offered at $35.00 per unit. A unit is approximately the size of a 1 ton pick up truck. The equipment we use is a 10 yard dump truck, which holds 2 units. You may request an estimate for an extra large amount. The curbside pick up is designed to pick up streetside piles of needles and small limbs with a back hoe and dump truck. If there is a lot of hand work involved to remove your piles, they will not be picked up. You will need to contact Maintenance at 541-595-1525 for a separate estimate.

If you are scheduling a streetside pick up, please keep the following in mind:

• Piles must be located where large equipment can pick them up, close to the road, and clear of trees.

• Piles must be clear of any obstructions such as water shut offs and meters, landscaping, and driveway lights, etc.

• If equipment cannot access piles, they will not be picked up. You may contact maintenance to make other arrangements.
