| Dues Increase Vote Passed |
|
BBRA Chair Lynn Stafford announced Monday, March 3, 2008 that property owners approved a $100 per month increase in dues. The total votes cast were 1,017, with 519 votes 51% YES and 498 votes 49% NO. The dues increase is effective April 1, 2008. The additional dues amount is $100 per month or $900 for the period of April - December, 2008. The usual 5% discount ($45) will apply for those property owners who pay the entire amount ($855) prior to April 15, 2008. Property owners may also elect to pay the $100 amount monthly without a discount.
