ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

 

 

The A.R.C.

The Architectural Review Committee is tasked with regulating the appearance of the Ranch in order to maintain value of the property and to foster the attractiveness and funtional utility of the community. Please review the ARC documents carefully and contact us if you have questions.

The ARC meets the second Thursday of the month, excluding December. Submittals are due 14 days prior to the next scheduled meeting of the committee, by 12:00PM to the ARC office, located in the Community Center at the Ranch.
 

 

Items needed for submittals

The following four items are necessary for a review by the committee:

1.
The submittal form filled out and signed by the owner and received in its entirety. Sorry, but the committee is unable to accept faxed copies.

2.

A deposit check matching the amount listed on the submittal form, signed by the owner.

3.
One set of plans with the required items listed on the submittal form.

4.
A stringline certification signed by a registered professional surveyor showing the designated build circle and your proposed addition or construction.

Landscaping


Remember that all landscaping needs to be approved by the ARC with a landscaping plan before implementation, even if they are listed in the documents below. Landscaping plans must be submitted 14 days prior to the next scheduled meeting of the committee, by 12:00PM to the ARC office.
