In order to maintain our high quality, family oriented, recreation and residential community, Black Butte Ranch employs a large number of people during the summer - as many as 250 additional employees are added to the staff from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Recreation Benefits
As an employment benefit, seasonal employees of Black Butte Ranch may enjoy use of the recreational facilities available to our guests. We have four swimming pools, tennis courts, bike paths and a fitness area. The employee and one guest are authorized for free golf during selected times (subject to availability.) Employee discounts are available at the Golf Shop and Sports Shops and employees are allowed a discount for themselves and their immediate family at the main Lodge Restaurant and Big Meadow Clubhouse.
*Use of the facilities by Black Butte Ranch employees is subject to availability and the discretion of management. Other restrictions may apply. BBR employees may be used in photography for marketing purposes.
