Three bedroom, one and 3/4 bathroom Central Oregon vacation rental located near the entrance of the Black Butte Ranch, Black Butte Stables, the General Store, Post Office and Business Center, and the award winning Lodge Restaurant, Aspen Lounge, Espresso Coffee & Gift Shop, Lodge swimming pool and tennis courts. East Meadow 030 is set on a very private 2.7 acre lot with meadow and pond views ; welcomes all guests including pets, offers free wi fi service throughout the home and is wheelchair friendly but does not meet ADA regulations.
Upon arrival to East Meadow 030 guests will have ample parking in the long drive way and access to the covered carport. The main entrance leads to a large kitchen, dining area and living room all set in an open floor plan. There is plenty of seating for everyone. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Located just off the living area is a cozy sunroom furnished with many books and games, four-person game table and reading chair. The wrap around deck, furnished with BBQ grill, portable propane heaters, dining table and chaise lounge chairs will be the center of all summer gatherings. Also located on the main level are the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a new king size bed, flat screen TV, private entrance/exit to the wrap around deck and 3/4 bathroom. Across the hall from the master bedroom is a guest room with one bunk bed and one twin and next door is a guest room with one queen bed. A full size bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedrooms. Upstairs in the loft is a bonus space just for kids with a futon and TV for watching movies.
