The New Lodge Restaurant features farm to table ingredients and merges Northwest Cuisine with Black Butte Ranch’s heritage and atmosphere.  Executive Chef Dean Ecker and his team invite you to enjoy the best classic Northwest cuisine in the Sisters area.  An award—winning wine list compliments the wonderful central Oregon dining experience.

The Lodge Restaurant resides in the rustic Lodge at Black Butte Ranch where  Art is served  for guests – from the drive into the Ranch, on the plates, and the views from the dining room, set amid the expansive volcanic Cascades Peaks formed through millions of years.

Adorned with cedar and tamarack, exposed hardwood floors, modern color accents and rustic Ranch inspired decor, the Lodge Restaurant captures the history of the Ranch and the region when you walk through its doors.

The dining room showcases culinary brilliance in a fresh farm to table process.  The menu features organic vegetables from
Rainshadow Organics,  Ranch raised herbs and vegetables,  regionally raised meats, such as certified Angus beef and Carlton Farms Pork.  Proprietary Ranch Rubs and spices, smoked salts and jams used at the Restaurants are now available for purchase.

The Lodge Restaurant continues to provide guests Central Oregon's scenic brilliance and impeccable service they have experienced for over 40 years at the Ranch.

Winter Wine Weekend
Black Butte Ranch and Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery have partnered to present a very special weekend of wine, food and relaxation under the towering pines of Central Oregon.  Join Chef’s Dean Ecker and Adam Kapela as they welcome Ray McKee, Red Wine Maker for Chateau Ste. Michelle to the acclaimed Lodge Restaurant for a savory weekend that pairs wine tasting and education with exquisitely prepared cuisine.  This special event takes place President’s weekend, February 17 – 19, 2012.
