Executive Sous Chef Adam Kapela received his culinary adam-kapela-food-blog.jpgeducation in Colorado. After a stint in Aspen, he joined Black Butte Ranch in September 2009. Chef Kapela’s epicurean style is inspired by his passion for food and unique gastronomic techniques. He is dedicated to the use of fresh, local ingredients which are showcased in the Lodge Restaurant at Black Butte Ranch.
