This Signature Home sits on the furthest most corner of the Ranch with breathtaking view beneath the 3 Sisters. Three sides have panoramic views of the mountains and Forest Service access.
The multi-level decks feature views of a fountain and quick access to many trails used by local wildlife and hikers. There is a large hot tub and many accesses from the house. A private solarium is at one end of the deck and off the kitchen. The deck also has a large BBQ and modern, quality furnishings seating up to 12 people.
The entrance is inviting with stone walk way and porch. Marble, slate, fine carpeting, wood floors and Persian rugs provide an elegant but warm atmosphere. The living room is sunken, features a massive rock fireplace and leather accented furniture. Fine art is abundant throughout the house. The dining room is above the living room and adjacent to the well-equipped and coordinated kitchen. The dining room seats 8 people. Upstairs is large landing with TV/VCR/DVD and office area for reading or computer usage. There is a large mud and laundry room off the kitchen and into the garage
The garage has a pool table for guest use. Above the garage is a TV and game room, featuring large TV/VCR/DVD, couches and a day bed. There is a foos ball table in this room, named the “Office.”
This home sleeps nine people. The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, large walk-in closet and master bath. The bath has a single sink area, a large tile shower and separate jaccuzi tub with tub-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking mountain views. On the main level of the house is a Queen bedroom with large full bath. A double sink, extra large shower and access to the hot tub are featured. There is also a great angled triple bunk area, with kids in mind! A second guest bedroom with a queen bed and bath is near this room.
