Executive Homes & Condominiums

Executive Homes & Condominiums are deluxe homes and condos that are stylish, well furnished, and represent the owner's tasteful décor preferences. They have modern kitchens, as well as special accessories; such as remote control televisions or stereo systems. Many include CD, VCR and video options. They are spaciously appointed and are often new or remodeled homes. Some of these units offer hot tubs, as well. The Executive classification represents the best accommodation offered in particular categories on the Ranch.

Premium Homes & Condominiums

Many of these fine homes and condos have some of the same features as in the Executive classification. However, offering more simple and modest appointments, they are still comfortable and inviting with a consistent, integrated and stylish effect.

Quality Homes & Condominiums

These homes and condominiums are fully appointed, but may offer more dated appliances and décor. The décor may be somewhat eclectic in style, but are a comfortable value for the discerning traveler.

Traditional Hotel-Style Lodging Condominiums

Traditional hotel-style rooms consist of a bedroom and bathroom, and are usually located within the Lodge Condo area.

• Nightly accommodation rates include use of Ranch resort recreational facilities. Your Recreation access fee is included in your nightly rate.

• Rates are subject to 7% Deschutes county room tax and an additional 1% Oregon state tax.

• Rates are per night; minimum stay may apply.

• Cleaning fees apply to the duration of stay unless otherwise noted on Lodging chart

• Roll-away beds and cribs are available for an additional charge

• All homes have kitchens. Some condo's are also full-service, and include kitchens, washers and dryers

• Ask about our pet friendly lodging options in some accommodations. If a unit is not listed as "pet friendly" then pets are not permitted at that home.

• All vacation rentals are smoke-free.

• Minimum stays may apply - call for details.

• Check-out time is 11:00AM.

• Unauthorized late check-outs will be billed an additional night's stay

• Reservations cancelled 30+ days of your arrival = $40 processing fee

• Cancellations between 15-30 days of arrival = 50% of the advance deposit refunded

• Cancellations less than 14 days of arrival = forfeit of deposit

• Early Departure: NO REFUNDS

• Decor and style vary according to owner preferences.

• Housekeeping is provided at checkout only for homes..

• Condos that are not full-service have housekeeping services provided every third day of your visit. Daily service is provided on request.

• There are no laundry facilities at the Ranch.

• If possible, go easy on the environment and reuse towels and linens during your stay.
