We offer a limited number of guest rooms (meaning no kitchens in the units) located within the Lodge Condo buildings near the Main Lodge. All of the Ranch's Central Oregon vacation rental properties are classified as Quality, Premium or Executive and are rated on a regular basis by an independent service provider. We also offer Signature Homes, an upscale alternative for the discriminating vacationer. Lodging options reflect the individual owner preferences in decor, furnishings and amenities.

Signature Vacation Rental Homes & Condominiums

A Signature vacation rental home is the finest in luxury accommodations. It is the top of the line and finest accommodations available at Black Butte Ranch and features exceptional amenities.

Executive Vacation Rental Homes & Condominiums

These are spaciously appointed new or recently remodeled lodging. They are stylish, well furnished and represent the owner’s tasteful décor preferences.  Kitchens are modern; special accessories such as remote control televisions or stereo systems are often included. Many provide CD, VCR and other video and computer options. Hot Tubs are options available at this level. These represent an excellent central Oregon vacation rental option at Black Butte Ranch.

Premium Vacation Rental Homes & Condominiums

Many of these lodging options have some of the same features as the Executive Classification, but are more simple and modest in décor and amenities. They are comfortable and have a consistent integrated style. These provide a high price-point for the value-oriented vacationer.

Quality Homes & Condominiums

Comfortable and fully functional, this lodging category may feature eclectic and slightly dated décor and amenities. The value shopper will find their bargain central Oregon vacation within this category.

Hotel Style Lodging Condominiums 

The hotel/lodge rooms at Black Butte Ranch are unique.  They are non-traditional lodge rooms consisting of a bedroom and bathroom.  The rooms are located within the Lodge Condo area. These units do not have kitchens and reflect the individual owner preferences in decor, furnishings and amenities.
