Postal and Business Center at Black Butte Ranch
The Black Butte Ranch Postal Center is stocked to meet all of your postal needs: packaging, cards, stamps and one-stop delivery.
Kitchen Gift Packs
Mary at the Postal Center has put together some sweet gift bags for the holidays or thank you gifts. Included are a limited edition BBR logo chef's apron selection of colors, a BBR Cookbook, A BBR Spice Rub or Flavored Salt and your choice of bag and wrapping. The Gift Packs are completely customizable, and begin at $34.

During the holidays, the Postal Center specializes in Ranch and Western
themed specialty gift wrap, ornaments, mailers and gift bags Handmade cards by
orphaned young people from Rwanda are for sale, as well as other boutique Christmas cards.
Artisan Edie Shelton's hand blown glass ornaments are back again, as
well as cute Western ornaments to trim the tree or packages. Open Monday - Friday 9am-4pm

Hours for the Postal Center
The window and retail operation of Postal Services is open Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm. The lobby will remain open seven days per week allowing access to PO boxes and the guest computer.
Black Butte Ranch Postal and Business Center has designated a new daily drop off time for all USPS outgoing mail. All outgoing mail will leave the Ranch at 1pm in order to meet the Sisters Post Office schedule.
Our Black Butte Ranch Postal & Business Center offers a variety of services and office supply items:
- FedEx Air and ground shipping
- UPS Air and ground shipping UPS Holiday Schedule 2011
- Incoming and outgoing faxes
- Copies
- All USPS mailing - Priority, Express, International (no registered mail)
- Postal stamps available in books, rolls and singles
- Shipping and Packing Supplies - Boxes, Envelopes and Media mailers
- Office Supplies - White-Out, Sharpies, Paper Clips, Post It Notes
- Greeting Cards
Post Office Box Rates
All Black Butte Ranch PO Box holders are billed for
box rental for the year April 1 of each calendar year.
Annual fees for boxes
are: large box $200; medium box $110.
Monthly box rentals are available for $20.
Currently there is a waiting
list for the medium size post office box at Postal Services. Please notify Mary
Holm at the Postal Service Center to be added to the waiting list-call 541.595.1250 or email mholm@BlackButteRanch.com.
