In order to maintain our high quality, family oriented recreation and residential community, Black Butte Ranch employs a large number of people during the summer - as many as 250 additional employees are added to the staff from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Employees of Black Butte Ranch may use some of the facilities* available to our guests including pools, tennis courts, bike paths, fitness center and golf courses on a space available basis.  Employees are allowed a discount for themselves and immediate family at the main Lodge Restaurant and Big Meadow Clubhouse.

Year round-full time employees receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 6 paid holidays, paid vacation and 401K.
