In order to maintain our high quality, family oriented recreation and residential community in Central Oregon, Black Butte Ranch employs a large number of people during the summer - as many as 250 additional job opportunities are added to the staff from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Employees of Black Butte Ranch may use some of the facilities* available to our guests including pools, tennis courts, bike paths, fitness center and golf courses on a space available basis. Employees are allowed a discount for themselves and immediate family at the main Lodge Restaurant and Robert's Pub.
Year round-full time employees receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 6 paid holidays, paid vacation and 401K.
