Full Time - Year Round Openings:
Duties: Responsible for wastewater treatment analysis; checking lift stations & well house; de-water, stabilize and haul sludge; install and service pressure sewer tanks; maintain all sewer and water system lines, pumps, valves, buildings, vehicles and other facilities.
Experience: Working knowledge of wastewater treatment process controls and operations, tests, analysis, pumps, motors with basic electrical, water and sewer line repair. Ability to drive large trucks and backhoe.
License/Education: State of Oregon Level I Wastewater Treatment and Collection System Certification and minimum one year college/technical school studying water/wastewater treatment.
WELCOME CENTER and RESERVATIONS
Guest Service Agent
Duties: Professionally welcoming and checking guests onto the Ranch utilizing industry specific software, BBR protocols and cash handling procedures; promptly responding to homeowner, guest or vendor inquiries and requests.
Experience: Previous customer service experience, exceptional verbal and public relations talent, intermediate computer skills and able to stand for extended periods.
Duties: Take room reservations from guests and answer questions pertaining to reservations utilizing approved protocol, industry specific software and excellent guest service skills.
Experience: Previous Hospitality industry or related field experience in reservations a plus, exceptional verbal and public relations talent and intermediate computer skills.
Facilities Grounds Maintenance
Duties: An entry-level position responsible for the orderliness and general cleanliness of the multi-acre facilities/maintenance area. Assists contractors and owners to ensure only authorized debris is received and yard capacity is coordinated with disposal dispatch. Maintains common areas including mow/rake/weed, roads, bike paths, signs, lakes, litter patrol, fire wood delivery, work order tasks and snow removal.
Experience: Ability to safely operate various manual and mechanized tools and equipment; work in all weather conditions; work varied shifts including holidays and weekends. Training may be provided.
