Don Driggars Oil Painting Workshop

Join Don Driggars, professional artist and Black Butte Ranch homeowner, for a 3 day oil painting workshop, Sept 12th13th & 14th (Wed-Fri.) at the Recreation Center.

The painting sessions are held from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, with a one hour lunch break,each day.  The cost is $150.00 for those who have all of their supplies.  For an additional $20.00, Don will supply the easels, paints and brushes to use during the class for those who do not have their own supplies.  A high quality 12” X 18” canvas and frame, or an unframed gallery wrap canvas, will be available to purchase if requested in advance.

The subject of the workshop will be “MERLOT GRAPES”                                  

Each student will work from photographs of the subject, which will be painted on a 12” X 18”canvas, and each student will receive individual instructions, along with thedemonstration to the entire class.

Don is a summer residence of BBR and spends the winter months at his home in Tucson Arizona.  His work is currently exhibited in galleries along the Oregon Coast, Portland and in Tucson.
