Board Election Results

Six candidates ran for the BBRA Board of Directors; Owners elected three directors, which were announced at the BBRA Annual Meeting on June 19, 2010. Those winning the election were Cathy Ellis and Bob Wollmuth, both of whom won re-election for a second term, and Mark Pilkenton, a new board member. In addition, Ruth Burk announced her resignation from the Board. Jeff Reents was appointed to complete her one year term.

The Ranch is governed by a nine-member board that meets six times a year. Board members set the strategic direction for the Ranch, ensure that the Ranch is operated and maintained in a responsible manner and represent homeowner interests in management decisions. Directors are elected for three year terms on a rolling basis.

Annual Meeting Presentations - 2010

The Black Butte Ranch Association Annual Meeting occurred at 9am on Saturday, June 19 at the Maintenance Building on McAllister Road. State of the Ranch reports were made and the results of the board of directors election was announced.
